I feel the 306 series (USAG brands it as their 811 LB series) is the best all around torque wrench that USAG/Facom makes today. Great accuracy without potential electronics issues with some of the more costly units. Plus you've got the option of using the open end or ring end attachments when a ratchet/socket approach is not an option.
