The Facom and USAG versions are identical except for the return spring built into the grips of the Facom pliers (see comparison photos). USAG pliers have a US warranty and are kept in stock for immediate shipment. For safety purposes, all pliers are tested individually at 10,000 volts for 10 seconds at the end of the manufacturing cycle.
