Brake
Reservoir Cap Adapter (Tesla, GM & Mazda) - I had a limited run
of quality brake bleeder caps produced locally when I was selling
big brake kits. Bleeder caps are required for pressurizing the
hydraulic system when bleeding calipers, clutch slave cylinders
and wheel cylinders.
These are made of 6061
anodized aluminum (not plastic) with a
1/4" NPT inlet for your canister type pressure bleeder or
regulated air supply. They were originally targeted for GM and
Mazda vehicles with round 3-tab twist lock reservoir caps. I
recently discovered that they also fit Tesla (model 3 for sure).
A spare gasket is included with
each cap for future replacement or in case you need to double
them up for a tighter seal when pressurizing the hydraulic
system. The cap gaskets are 1/8" thick and made of 40
durometer Buna-N (nitrile rubber).
