Prevost "Push-button"
Quick Couplers are great for any shop that uses compressed air. I
recommend the 1/4" flow bodies for smaller
systems and at the ends of your (1/4", 5/16" or
3/8" id) air hoses. This European High Flow profile uses a
threaded plug (male for tool bodies, female for hose connections)
which flow approx 33% more volume vs standard Industrial or
Truflate profiles. See photo1 and photo 2. Recommended for paint shops....sanders
and grinders have higher CFM requirements compared to standard
impact tools. These couplers MUST be used with the matching
"High Flow" plugs.

Thread Size (NPT) does NOT refer to the physical dimension of the
pipe or fitting. Please refer to the table below if you're unsure
of which size to buy. For example, a 1/4" NPT pipe thread
(common air tool fitting size) has an outer diameter of
0.540".
