40 Series - Standard Combination Wrench
Facom combination wrenches are exceptionally well balanced with satin chrome finish. OGV profile box end allows greater torque application to fasteners.
Standard Facom 40 Series combination wrench - metric sizes from 6mm through 32mm and fractional sizes from 1/4" to 1 1/4". The 40L ("long series") is no longer available in this country although I do have a limited number of these larger sizes in stock (19-50mm and 7/8"-2").
Metric wrench modules - MOD40-1 (6>24mm excl 20mm & 23mm) and MOD40-2 (27/29/30/32mm).
Fractional wrench module - MOD40-4 (1/4">15/16").

40R Series - Fast Action Combination Wrench
Facom's 40R series are available for purchase as open-stock or in sets. The open end design allows fast rotation....the tool can be positioned for the next turn without removing it from the fastener. For plumbing and fitting applications, I still prefer the straight open end of the standard 40 series. However, for the R&R of basic nut/bolt fasteners, the 40R series has the speed advantage.
3 drive surfaces for greater torque application - more wrench-to-fastener contact points. Reduced risk of fastener wear and less chance of wrench slippage. Ratchet effect is twice as fast as any conventional open end wrench.

39 Series - Short Combination Wrench
Facom's 39 Series incorporates a short shank and compact head for access in restricted areas. I use a 7mm (9/32") wrench for bleeding brakes as the compact size allows me to rotate the wrench (and bleeder screw) 360 degrees in tight spots (I no longer have the 7mm size in stock and this is the closest fractional equivalent). Satin chrome finish.
These are both the equivalent of 7mm wrenches - the 39 series is much more compact for access in restricted areas
