Shipping to Canada

(Effective 2/1/19)

Ultimate Garage will ship most of its products to customers in Canada. These orders must be processed manually as the online store is not setup to accept international orders. I prefer to ship in USPS Flat Rate Priority boxes as the costs are reasonable and delivery times are typically 6-10 days. Express shipments via USPS are typically delivered in 3-5 days....pricing available upon request (still cheaper than Fedex).

For higher value orders ($200+) and for most heavier shipments that will not fit the Flat Rate box guidelines, Fedex Economy air is used for shipping. There are no Fedex brokerage fees with their economy air service and delivery times are 3-7 days. In addition, online tracking is available for all Fedex shipments (this is not the case with the US postal shipments). Customers will be responsible for local taxes (PST/GST/HST) and customs which will be estimated and added to your shipping cost. As an alternative (and preference), I will gladly use a customer's Fedex account number and ship via Fedex Collect.

PST/GST/HST added to orders shipped via Fedex...does not apply to USPS Priority shipments.

 

To place an order, please send me an email with the following information.....

  • Your full name and shipping address (including Suite/Unit/Apartment number if applicable)
  • Daytime phone number
  • Items and quantities you'd like to order
  • Paypal email address

I'll send you an invoice for the items requested with the appropriate shipping charges for you to review. Upon acceptance, you'll receive Paypal money request for the order.

  • USPS Flat Rate Box-Medium-A (1-20 lbs) (11" x 8.5" x 5.5") - $52.00
  • USPS Flat Rate Box-Medium-B (1-20 lbs) (11" x 3.5" x 13.5") - $52.00
  • USPS Flat Rate Box-Large-A (1-20 lbs) (12" x 12" x 5.5") - $65.00
  • USPS Flat Rate Box-Large-B (1-20 lbs) (23" x 11" x 3") - $65.00
  • Rectangular Box (not Flat Rate) - (1-2 lbs) - $40.00
  • Rectangular Box (not Flat Rate) - (3-4 lbs) - $45.00
  • Rectangular Box (not Flat Rate) - (5-6 lbs) - $50.00
  • Rectangular Box (not Flat Rate) - (7-8 lbs) - $55.00

* Popular size non flat rate Rectangular boxes used for larger dimensional items include 16x12x4", 17x13x5", 18x8x6" and 20x14x6". Items exceeding these dimensions, weights or values will be shipped via Fedex Economy air.

 

Shipping Cost (via Fedex Economy Air)

Rates will be quoted based on order value, weight and dimensional requirements. Ultimate Garage no longer receives discounts of Fedex air shipments but we have no problem using your Fedex acct number for the freight and taxes (ie, Bill transportation to "Recipient" and Bill duties/taxes/fees to "Recipient").
